Simple short term medical

Q: I just need medical coverage
for a few months in case of a really big medical problems like an auto
accident or injury. I do not need prescription coverage or doctors
visits. Also, I want to be sure that I do not need to get a
pre-authorization to use the insurance. What is my best option?
