What is the set-up time for a Flexible Spending Account for our 4 person company?
A:
Normally the response time for Freedom Benefits services is one business day but right now (early November) the FSA is currently being revised with additional features and IRS compliance items for 2007. This will cause a delay of up to one week. In any event, the setup should be complete within a week.
