Q:
I just learned that my ex-husband has been cheating on his taxes by taking a deduction for me and our children who live with me. We have been divorced for more than a year. This caused my state
tax refund to be stalled and I suspect he did the same thing on his federal tax return. How can I tell the IRS about this?
A:
You can find a form 3949A online to report your complaint.
