"Onlineadviser" discontinues phone service

Q: Why does your "OnlineAdviser" service no longer have a phone number listed?
A: I suffered a brain injury that affects the processing of information in a "real time" situation like a telephone call that causes in errors and stress. Also, the time I am able to this type of activity is decreased. Other companies have offered to accept most of the telephone inquiries. I can continue to provide this free service in writing because the response can be provided on my own time schedule and then researched, edited, proof-read, etc. before being presented in writing at this public forum. Providing this free service is an integral part of my recovery plan but I do not know if I will return to any of the prior levels of activity.
