Q: I was charged an enrollment fee for my policy with United Stated Fire Insurance Company.

A: There is no enrollment fee when using the secure online quote and enrollment service at Freedom Benefits or the Web site Any other enrollment method, including telephone enrollment, may trigger the enrollment fee.
