No enrollment fee for United States Fire Insurance Company

Q: I was charged an enrollment fee for my policy with United Stated Fire Insurance Company.

A: There is no enrollment fee when using the secure online quote and enrollment service at Freedom Benefits or the Web site CoreHealthInsurance.net. Any other enrollment method, including telephone enrollment, may trigger the enrollment fee. 

The only way to avoid paying an enrollment fee for a Core Health plans through United States Fire Insurance Company is to use the online enrollment link at www.corehealthinsurance.net
