Q: Florida is not on the insurance quote menu. Does this mean it is not available in Florida?

A: Although I do not know from your question which product or Web page you are looking at, yes, if the state is not listed in the drop down box then the product is not available in that state. Conversely, if the state is listed and a quote is offered then you can be assured that the product is available in your state.

You may wish to check http://www.freedombenefits.net/health-insurance-exchange/Florida-affordable-health-insurance-exchange.html for a suitable alternative that is available in Florida.

Insurance products are only offered in states where the product is approved.
