Q: I have a MedSave prescription medication account through my employer and would like to submit my receipts and claim form. Could you direct me to the appropriate claim form on your website or send me the form via mail.

A: There is likely some type of miscommunication here. The MedSave.com discount prescription drug plan does not use any claim forms. It simply offers a network pricing discount when used at a pharmacy. More information is available at http://medsave.com/Discount%20Prescription%20Drug%20Card.htm . If this is not the benefit plan that you are asking about, then you may wish to refer to the contact information on your benefits ID card or ask your employer.
