Q: My 22 year old son is going to Japan on 12/5/06. He needs to get short term medical insurance for about one month. He is trying out for soccer teams. Can you give some advise as to where he can get this? A: Please see the international

A: Please see the international medical insurance page from MedSave.com at http://www.medsave.com/international-health-insurance.htm. There are several excellent short term policies available with different coverage options. "Liaison International" is the most popular. All of these plans cover amateur sports competition but check for exclusions if he intends to play professional soccer.
