International medical insurance

Q: I am an Italian university professor, working and living in Italy; in the past I used to spend, almost every year, one or two months a year working in a National Laboratory. My son works and lives in Albany NY, his wife is an American citizen. This year my wife and myself plan to visit our son and his wife from July 26 until to August 25. I wonder if you can send me the instruction and the offer to buy a short-term medical insurance covering my wife and myself for this period of time. If it is possible, I prefer a plan having a large deductible amount.
