Q: A friend gave me your name to request a different policy. After accepting Unicare Insurance last July, I am finding out that many doctor's office have dropped them and do not accept their insurance as they do not pay well. I have not experienced this, but do not want to wait to find out when we might need them. My husband and I are self-employed and need a HSA compatible type of insurance with approximately $2500 deductible to make it affordable for a family of 4. We are all in excellent health.

A: Celtic Insurance is easily the highest quality HSA-qualified individual and family insurance plan available today. They offer a quick telephone eligibility screening and online pricing and enrollment for a number of popular options including HSA-qualified plans. The national PPO network is PHCS, America's top rated private network, according to Consumer Reports. This is not the least expensive insurance but with insurance, you literally get what you pay for. Please see www.celticenrollment.com for more information, pricing and enrollment.
