Q: You wrote that some insurance companies should be avoided due to the number of complaints from policyholders...

A: The article you mentioned was last updated in 2004. The data has changed dramatically in the past two years. Golden Rule, Assurant Health, Blue Cross and Mega Life are all noted for significant changes in complaint trends.
