Q:
I paid online at www.MedSave.com for the 1st month via credit card, and I'm wondering if I can convert this to a monthly billing situation to be paid by check. If not, Please advise how I can change the credit card that this will bill to monthly. Is there an online account management tool?
A:
Yes, you can change payment methods by calling the member service number on your policy or ID card. MedSave.com is the enrollment support site only does not have access to private billing information held by the health plan administrator.
