Q: I understand the advantage of enrolling in a low cost student health insurance plan before graduation, but how long before graduation is required?

A: All FreedomBenefits.net health insurance policies for students are open for enrollment at any time but some other student insurance plans may have more restrictive eligibility rules. It is not necessary to remain a student after the policy is issued, but you must be a student on the date of application. Student health insurance plans are priced at less than half of the average cost of comparable adult plans. Coverage is valid with any doctor or hospital in all 50 states. Find details, online pricing and enrollment at www.FreedomBenefits.net.
