Affordable health insurance for HSA

originally posted: 11/22/2006  reposted: 2/21/2011

Q: I switched to a Health Savings Account last year but now the premium increased to the point where I wonder if it is worthwhile.

A: Check the rates for Golden Rule Insurance as a point of comparison. This company often offers a less expensive insurance option for HSA-qualified insurance for those who qualify. It is no coincidence that this UnitedHealthcare subsidiary is also the nation's market share leader in individual Health Savings Account plans.

Golden Rule Insurance often offers the lowest cost HSA-qualified insurance options.
